SunnyGlassTM is the latest sun-shading solution for dynamic window which lightens and darkens by itself based on heat from direct sunlight. The more direct and intense the heat of sunlight is on the window the darker it will become.
It naturally adapts throughout the day, every day of the year, constantly balancing the heat and glare coming into the building. It is the most revolutionary glass product today that maximizes natural daylight while minimizing heat gain and ultra-violet light without compromise. No wires, no controls and no power supplies.
Construction of Glass
The core interlayer of the SunnyGlassTM is called SuntuitiveTM film by Pleotint which is laminated in between the heat strengthened glass panels - a double safety glass. Furthermore, it is integrating into normal IGU (insulating glazing unit) configuration.
